Ridley Township Public Library Directions to the Ridley Township Library From the Blue Route (Route 476) Take the MacDade Blvd East exit. Proceed for a mile or so, until you reach the Morton Avenue traffic light.. The library is just ahead at the right. Either take a right at the lights and a sharp left, or go past the lights and take the first right turn to the library parking lot. The library is located in the Municipal Building. From I-95 south Take Ridley Park exit. Turn right over the bridge, turn right again onto Chester Pike. Take a left onto Swarthmore Avenue (second traffic light after turning on Chester Pike). Take Swarthmore over the railroad track, past the Ridley Shopping Center and take a right directly before the traffic light into the Municipal Building Parking Lot.
