Delaware County Libraries invite parents and caregivers to bring their young children to a series of toddler storytimes in local libraries. Designed for children ages 2 to 3 and their caregivers, toddler storytimes consist of books, music, fingerplays, rhymes and puppets. The program is free, but advanced registration is recommended.
