Delaware County Libraries (DCL) is seeking a replacement for our current integrated library automation system (ILS) for DCL Headquarters and our 26 member libraries (in 28 locations).  Vendors may propose more‐than‐one ILS solution (Local, and Cloud/SaaS), however, one of the solutions provided must include a turn‐key solution that operates on equipment installed at all member libraries.
