Hoopla will be discontinued as a county-wide resource no later than November 30. 

After careful review of the use of this service over a two year period, we have discovered that less than 1% of Delaware County Libraries’ cardholders utilize Hoopla. With so few users, we simply cannot justify this use of taxpayer funds in good faith.
