AP Images
More than 500,000 current and historical photographs and graphics can be searched by date, place and subject. More than 800 photographs are added to the archive daily.

Delaware County Daily Times Historic 1876 – 1977
Includes the Chester Daily Times (1876-1881), Chester Evening Times (1886), Chester Reporter (1941), Chester Times (1882-1959), Delaware County Daily Times (1959-1976).

EBSCO MasterFile Elite
Provides the content of more than 1,000 periodicals covering general reference, business, health, education, general science, multicultural issues and other disciplines, full text for more than 50 reference books, and an image collection of over 510,000 photos, maps & flags. Consumer Reports is available here.

EBSCOhost
The name is the publisher; the resource comprises a multidisciplinary collection of reference material for the general public and undergraduate students. Current events, consumerism, business, health, and literature are particular focus areas.

Greater Philadelphia Newspaper Collection
Includes the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Delaware County Daily Times, and a variety of local newspapers from the metropolitan area.

Middle Search (Main edition)
Full text for popular, middle school appropriate magazines, covering a wide array of topics. All full-text articles included in the database are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexiles). Also contains primary-source documents, photos, maps, and flags.

New York Times, Historical
The database covers The New York Times from its first issue in 1851 through 2003. To see a complete article, just click on the title in a list of search results, and the system displays the image of the full article. You can also access the complete image (in pdf format) of any page in any issue or even browse the database and scan individual issues page by page.

New York Times, The
2000 to Current. Complete full-text content of local and regional news, including community events, schools, politics, government policies, cultural activities, local companies, state industries, and people in the community. The New York Times Book Review and New York Times Magazine are also available. (To "search again" in these publications, use the browser Back button to get to the publication-title screen.)

Newspaper Source (Plus edition)
More than 1,000 full-text newspapers, including comprehensive full text for major newspapers. Its News View component (shown in search results) provides ongoing updates from popular wire services, along with TV and radio news transcripts.

Pennsylvania Newspaper Collection
Includes the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Delaware County Daily Times, a variety of local newspapers from the metropolitan area, and important titles from other markets statewide.

Philadelphia Inquirer
1981-Current. Complete full-text content of local and regional news, including community events, schools, politics, government policies, cultural activities, local companies, state industries, and people in the community.

Philadelphia Inquirer Historical Archive
1860-1922. Includes some issues from the 1830s, 1840s, and 1850s. Primary source material detailing the expansion of the city of Philadelphia and the development of the western suburbs.

Primary Search (Main edition)
Access to popular full-text magazines for elementary school research. All full-text articles are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexiles), this allows users to read along at their own pace. In addition to magazines, this database provides access to full-text biographies and books, as well as an Image Collection of over 910,000 photos, maps and flags.

SIRS Discoverer
Includes full text articles and images from over 1,600 domestic and international newspapers, magazines and government documents. Articles are assigned a reading level –Easy, Moderate or Challenging- based on age-appropriateness, educational content, interest and reading level. This database is an excellent student resource.
